I'm super tired lol and yeah at my last appointment my doctor said I was about 50% thinned out and 1 cm dilated and this week of I'm dilated more their gonna do a membrane sweep

Lol that's how I feel!! It went so fast. Now I'm about to hit 37 weeks & it's still going kinda fast but starting to drag.. I'm jellyyyyyyy of your due date 😂😂 haha

bounce on your ball and eat some pineapple it helped me dilate more!

I ate a pineapple all the time just be careful about your tongue lol it will go raw I just likes the taste of pineapple too! @cheche27 it has the same affect on your cervix as sperm does for thinning you out
