I failed my first one too & cried for days, then passed my second with flying colors. If I could go back, I would have tried not to worry about it so much because it turns out that it's fairly common from what I've noticed.

Did you eat at all that day? cause that could easily have thrown it off, especially if you had anything sweet or anything with starch, cause that processes like sugar in your body. ask to do the next test first thing in the morning and don't eat anything after midnight, your sugar will be lower then.

@chrissytee, so you weren't diagnosed with gestational diabetes?

well, I failed my one hour test by just a little bit too, and my OB said it was probably because of something I ate that day. I had to do the 3 hour one, and I passed every part of that with no problems, so I bet you're fine too.

Nope I was not. A lot of people fail the one hour & pass the three hour, I'm sure you will be okay!

@maybabyboy, & @chrissytee they're having me do the one hour again and then if I don't pass then I have to take the 3 hour test..

I failed the 1 hour test with my daughter cut off was 130 and mine was 136 went back for the 3 hour test failed the second part cut off was 130 mine was 196. Just because you fail the one hour by just a few point doesn't mean you won't have it. I did. but then with my son I passed the 1 hour no problem. Good luck and I hope you pass. Gestational diabetes sucks!

I failed my 1 hour by 60ish points. took my 3 hour and passed with way below numbers.

mine was 142 and when I took the 3 hour I was fine
