how long did yall wait to have sex after a vaginal birth? 6 weeks just seems like so long lol

I'm waiting till I get the ok from my doctor but I'm super paranoid about something going wrong so yeah

The six week thing is starting to kick my ass

I'm going on week 8 and I'm terrified to do it, lol I had stitches and it just freaks me out.

I started at five weeks. It's okay I think if you feel okay. I felt fine after week three lol just be careful about it and take it slow.

6 weeks

I waited the 6 but felt fine wks before, I was too scared to try though lol

after my postpartum checkup 6 weeks even though i waited it hurt like hell lol & i didn't even tear at birth or anything so i recommend to wait

20 weeks

with my daughter (1st baby) we waited the full 6 weeks. I had stitches until 5 weeks and 4 days post partum. This time after our son was born (2nd baby) we waited until my post partum checkup and the doctor cleared me which was around 4 1/2 - 5 weeks

4 weeks exactly 😂 I wasn't waiting a day longer

Like 3 weeks 😂 I couldn't wait. They weren't completely healed but it didn't hurt or anything. We were just careful not to be too rough.
