I have sinusitis and I
its starting to clear. But coughing is painful and my throat is sore. I take robitussin prescribed by my doctor, but that's the only cough medication that's safe per my doc. What other things can help? I drink tea and have cough drops and a neti pod.

@mommyof2boys248, i was also sick with alot of cough and what really helped was i squeeze half limon in a cup with a pinch of honey and warm it up . The hottest u can take it but no to burn u and swallow it slowly if u can play with it on ur trought. It should help some with cough.

Also warm up some water and put a pinch of salt it helps with the sore throught.

Fresh ginger and lemon tea , works like a charm! The hotter the better and let it seep for ten minutes first

@jm10, @b_morales @myliltadpole1116 Thank you! I ended up going to the hospital. I have sinusitis and had fluid in both ears. I am taking antibiotics and afrin. I am still drinking tea, neti pod, ear drops, nasal spray and nasal medicated medication. Just got to wait it out.
