Yeah I would say take a test on Friday and if it's negative wait until Sunday/ Monday to test again.
That's all normal I had that also. It felt like I was bleeding then ran to bathroom to check wiped and it was just milky white. So I had the same thing as you and now im 20 weeks. So that's a really good sign

That's a good sign, that was one of the symptoms I had when I first found out I was pregnant. another thing I had was slight cramping. What's the color of it
I've had extra discharge the whole time I was pregnant, was one of the signs that made me think I was, but yes as long as it's not green or foul smelling ( pregnancy discharge smells different so don't freak out too much if its unfamiliar smelling) but clear stretchy to white and creamy with a tinge of yellow are indicators your pregnancy is going well
