Anyone else around 8 weeks? Did you have random morning sickness or was it consistent? Also, anyone in the Dothan area have an experience with Dr. Gordon at Dothan OBGYN? My first prenatal visit is tomorrow and I'm kind of nervous. This is my first child and I have no idea of what to expect for any of it.

I had random throwing up from weeks 5/6-9 until about week 14. the nausea was constant but actually getting sick was spontaneous. Also, I am not familiar with that doctor but what you should expect from your first visit is a urine sample, they will take your vitals and weigh, etc, they will have you fill out questions on a form such as the date of your last period, any vitamins you're taking, if you or your family has any history of illness, etc. then go over those questions with you. They will likely do your first ultrasound and get some blood work done as well as any vaccinations you might need. You will meet with your doctor and they will go over everything and any questions you may have.

it can happen at any time of the day. Just try and eat several small meals throughout the day and stay hydrated. "The sickness" as it is... because it doesn't just happen in the morning whether you eat or not. It can rear its ugly head at any moment
