Well depends what kind... I had a c section so they gave me a really basic one at the hospital the day after my surgery.. Which was still good it hold your stomach in place and not just out hangin... But the other clip on ones to help you lose weight and sizes I was able to wear one at 4 weeks after I had my daughter
@elybella14, if it's normal birth .. sorry forgot to add .. someone told me I couldn't wear one right away because I need to let my organs go back into place lol
Lol they will go back into place whether you wear one or not. You can wear one right after if you wanted to but it would probably be uncomfortable because you will be sore and the first few days are the worst regarding your menstrual cycle... I say wear it when you are comfortable enough with the soreness in your tummy and all that....
