Is that per month? or like an extra Security deposit? cuz I've seen a lot of places that charge double for security for pets but you'll get that back as long as nothing gets destroyed

@amberhott16, yeah, I hate that, a lot of places in Milwaukee do that. Some are reasonable like $50 or so and others are a whole month rent extra Security deposit. :(
