Agreed! I did the same thing, around 30 weeks or so we got our car seat set up in the car, bought a diaper bag and everything that needed to go inside of it, set up all of our equipment and patiently waited :) I also changed my mind about a lot of things I had in there too lol. You also don't want to over do it, pack lightly. Both times I don't think I used half the stuff I brought lol.

Never too early! I started packing mine at 30 weeks. Gave me plenty of time to get everything I needed & of course I changed my mind a million times on things I had in there lol
