Another question.... Sunbeds while pregnant? What's the thoughts. I'm a bit of an addict when it comes to sunbeds and my first thought when I fell pregnant was no more sunbeds😕 but I done my research and I've found out the UV rays won't harm your fetus/baby BUT it could leave me with a patchy tan due to colour pigment changes in my skin or they will burn me a lot more than usual. I also thought about pregnant woman that live in roasting hot countries, they are obviously exposed to UV rays... Has anyone used sunbeds or has anyone got info for me on this topic. I'm swaying towards not using sunbeds as much as I really want to.

It's just not worth the risk, my motto was if I thought twice about it, it wasn't worth it, @kim-88 xx

a reputable tanning salon wouldn't let somebody use a sunbed if they knew they was pregnant.

im same. i look so wahed out as always used sunbeds:( but they apparently too cause more stretchmarks as tightens the skin ? whether this is tru i dont know. im actually doing a fake tan tonight. first one in 17 weeks ..... xxx
