The bottom back of my head and into my neck have been killing me for three days, like to the point where I can't sleep. Could it be from pregnancy?

I have no idea how I could have pulled it and it doesn't like feel a pulled muscle or anything and yeah tylonol doesn't really do anything and I've tried icing it but the pain just come right back

You may have pulled something. The neck area isn't anything to mess around with. Have you tried ice,heat, Tylenol or anything?

I'd make a doctors appointment just to be safe. Since it's already been 3 days and nothing is helping the pain.
