It's like infants version of gaviscon, it's a peppermint flavoured antacid just a lot gentler, but I had to give it to Eli in the shower because he would instantly throw it back up which is beyond ironic really, but he was Around 18 months when he had a bad round of it, so he was used to certain tastes. He's grown out of it now, thankfully.
