It depends on the doctor. I didn't have to, they just told me not to eat a ton of sugar the day of! Definitely call and ask for specific instructions if you don't know :)
@owynngenesmommy07216, I don't have to fast but once I drink the stuff they told me not to eat or drink anything else after. my nurse recommended eating eggs and toast with butter or something the morning of instead of cereal or yogurt since those are sugary
