Okay so so far I have been feeling baby more down there as if he continues to drop (he's super low so idk how much further he can go but okay) with the evening primrose oil capsules they DEFINITELY help with hemorrhoids! I was able to use the bathroom with only slight discomfort and wasn't like breathing through my bowel movements ....it's was nice 😊 lol !!! Sorry for the TMI!
