Newborns with allergies....what to do? I took my one week 3 day old daughter outside to a family function yesterday(dont judge bc shes so little) and today she woke up with green matter/ boogers in her eyes. Ive been using a warm wash rag to get it off when she wakes up....could this be tear duct or allergies since pollen is real bad right now?

probably just her immature tear ducts. our little guy is finally not really getting that anymore and he just turned 2 months

my son's ped have him allergy medicine in liquid form but he was 6+ months when he prescribed it. you could make a drs appt and see if they will give you some for her.

if you breastfeed put breast milk on a cotton ball and rub it on her eyes
