Anyone know what this can possibly be?

I am experiencing a tingling feeling ever since I got up to go pee, it's almost like a tingling feeling you get when you orgasm lol.. And now I'm experiencing some pressure and cramping and the baby is kicking also right below my c section.

What can this be? Anyone experiencing this?
