Antibiotics twice for sinusitis and fluid in both ears: is this normal?

I was on antibiotics two weeks ago. Then last week I started getting sick again. I have sinusitis, and fluid in both ears. I went to the hospital yesterday in pain and couldn't hear in my left ear. I am on antibiotics again and using afrin too. I can hear this morning and been throwing up mucus. I am feeling better.
