Gets me so emotional and upset when I see babies "dad" having a laugh and going around with other girls, just acting as if I and his son don't even exist. Actually breaks my heart knowing that some day, I'm going to have to explain that dad didn't love us enough to stay. But he has his mummy who loves him unconditionally and always will😓

What a cock. I don't understand men. even men who stay don't step up 95% of the time. They're much more selfish than women. I know it's must be hard. I would be heartbroken but you've come this far and once you've got your baby you will be more angry than upset because you really won't understand how somebody couldn't love the baby as much as you do !

It's horrible it really is! I've constantly tried to give him chance after chance, I even told his family and they blew me and my son off also. I couldn't care personally, it's the fact my son is loosing out because his dad is an immature boy! Wouldn't think he was 23!!! He will regret it one day!

I'm in the same boat as you hun I know my baby isn't here yet but he cheated on me and his now with her and I hardly hear from him he never asks about his daughter he don't care he came to her scans and when we first broke up he asked about her but it's worn off I think men are just vile critters I know not all are the same it's just finding the decent ones X X

Also, you never know what will happen. even when you're in a relationship, the fact that you're actually having a baby doesn't seem as real to men as it does to women. I know that sounds dumb but they don't feel all the hormonal changes, they don't grow and feel the baby move and have to change their habits etc. I know that it didn't feel real for my husband until he saw our sons head coming it. It's much harder for it to sink in for men. maybe once your babies are here the men might realise what a big deal it is and try to make some effort. ..I know that's a bit late but like I said even the most loving husbands cant quite come to terms with pregnancy until the baby is there to see!

yep my partner isn't really bothering yet, he says he doesn't need to buy any baby stuff until it's ready to come lol men just don't understand sometimes. With my first he was always fussing around me but this time he doesn't seem as bothered 😕 it's best to be alone than with someone who makes you feel sad. And when you're ready some special man will step up and look after your kid as his own, I really appreciate men who look after another man's child they are truly one of a kind. xx
