Kelly Clarkson's song "Piece by Piece" has me all in my feelings. I was sexually abused by my father and my stepdad has been a terrible father figure. It caused me to have bad daddy issues and I didn't believe in anyone being a good father.. My boyfriend had a bad dad too who was an alcoholic and abusive. The stories he tells me makes me so sad.. Now that we're having a son, he swore to be a better father than his dad was and I see it already in his support. He does everything he can for this baby and me. He puts himself last. I give him such a hard time and complain, but he's so wonderful 99% of the time and the other 1% of the time he's just having a bad day. He's not perfect but perfect to me. I can't wait for him to get to meet this little boy and be the best father he can. He's the best thing that's ever happened to me, my blessing. ❤️
