I got the shot twice.. the first time slowed them down so they're hoping it'll stop them now. only thing I'm scared of is I'm only 27 weeks and my Dr doesn't want to get me the steroid shot at this point. @leilalynn

That's what they gave me after trying two pills. I got all 3 shots before I signed myself out of the hospital. Very long story but I'm sure everything will be okay since they are not contractions you can feel.

Haha no you will be fine ! The medicine will work. Since you can't feel the contractions they are most likely just Braxton hicks. It's false labor At this point. and if you are worried about baby's movement try laying on your side. @aniyahsmommy_0623 do they have you hooked up to the fetal monitors ?

yeah I am and a IV as well was fine at first then she checked my cervix. described it as a dimple and then she came back and said the contractions started. checked my cervix again and there was no change so that's when I got the shot. @leilalynn
