So here I am. It's 2 in the morning and I'm wide awake. I just had the scariest experience (imo) ever.
So me and my SO share a full. So we have room to comfortably sleep and that's about it. We also have our princesses crib in our room. Well I toss and turn when I sleep a lot. When I wake up to change positions I always check on Aubrie.
So anyway, I wake up to see she's not in her crib. I look over and she's laying by my SO on her side almost buried in his side.
I freak out, lean over him to push her onto her back saying "Honey don't forget that she's by you!"
He gets up and puts her in her crib and is back to sleep, snoring his stupid face off.
Knowing him, the position he was sleeping in and how passed out he was/is I could most definitely see him unknowingly rolling onto her and suffocating her. And all I can think about is what if I hadn't woken up and seen it.
So now. I'm laying wide awake. Looking over at her every minute.. and pissed off that he's already dead asleep.

@ktwins188, oh trust me I bitched at him. all he says is he wouldn't have. but I could tell he was out. he NEVER sleeps with her like that. he didn't even fucking know.

idk that sounds like how my husband sleeps with both babies and he has never even slightly looked like he was going to roll on one in his sleep...it is easier to sleep with infants than you might think!

@ I know. but when he is out cold like he is he has no idea what he's doing. he's legit elbowed me in the face before! not to mention he never sleeps with her like that. and he's not a big co sleeper. he gets nervous when I bring her to bed when he leaves for work. he just brings her in there to calm her crying sometimes. but he clearly forgot and passed out before putting her back.
