EXCUSE MY FOOT but they have been swollen since yesterday night ! I've been TRYING to stay off of them I also put them up but they started hurting ! They are HUGE & at this point I don't know what to do ! Anybody know what this could be ?? DONT comment & say "your 39 weeks your gonna experience swelling" IK THAT IVE BEEN EXPERIENCING SWELLING SINCE I WAS 3O weeks but not like this !

Yes I've been drinking water ! I'm going to try to soak them and see if that helps! thanks ☺️

cut salt out of ur diet. to much salt intake causes more swelling.
