Warning TMI: has anyone else experienced rectal pain and cramping during bowel movements? I get random cramping there too sometimes, but it is so so so bad when I go to the bathroom. To a point where I'm in tears and arching my back from the pain. Does anyone have any advice or any idea what this could be??

I am 35 weeks by the way.
