Anyone know if Tylenol Severe Cold is okay to take? I tried calling my OB and all the lines are busy and I've been trying forever.. This cold started a couple days ago but has been kicking my ass the last couple of hours and I want to be able to sleep. 😞

I'm not sure about that, but sudafed is safe and I always find that to be the most effective medication for colds.

@navywifej, @suprise4 thanks. I didn't look at this fast enough I ended up taking regular Tylenol and hoped for the best. 😭

Should be fine just check the ingredients! Since its Tylenol it probably has acetaminophen and something else...my doc okayed using DayQuil and things like that I think Tylenol cold has the same things
