he's started pooping! still has a small hemmoroid, but they're slowly getting softer (: still gonna watch for a few days to see if he gets stopped up again.
on another note, how can I relieve pulsing lower back pain? I've tried heat pads, aleve, and later gonna take a hot bath but I'm going insane from the pain. my fiance tried a back massage but it hurt too bad to be touched

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Does anyone have back pains after getting the epidural shot? My son is over a month and I'm still having really bad back pains.
Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
