Quick rant. It is currently 40 degrees out with a real feel of 28 degrees. There's snow on the ground and wind that is horribly chilly. I don't get cold easily and I had to wear a coat today. My step dad decided to grab up my daughter, who is not yet 6 months old, and take her outside with him....in that fucking weather. I told him she needed her suit on and a blanket so she didn't get chilled and so she doesn't get sick. His response? "She'll be fine! Fuck! You act like she'll die from being outside. It's not even cold out."....Are you fucking kidding me? She could die if she catches pneumonia or hypothermia from being exposed to the cold and snow like that. And your dumbass had her facing into the wind, too! I'm her mother. If I tell you something about her, you fucking listen. You don't decide what is and isn't to be followed. If I say it's too cold and she needs a blanket and jacket then you better do it. Not ignore me. I swear, if she gets sick I'm kicking your ass. Never fucking listens to me about anything I say to do or not to do with her. Pisses me off, like forreal. She's already gotten sick and got a fever once before because your dumbass decided not to listen to me about bundling her since it was cold. I'll be damned if it happens again. And if you come at me and say I'm overreacting or whatever, I'll stab you in the neck with a noodle. Don't tempt me 😒 But in all seriousness from that last part, I hate when I, as her mother, get ignored when I tell someone to not do something.
