I have a quick question but Google isn't helping :(
I'm contracted 16 hours at work, however I'm currently off on the sick since the 2nd of this month. on that week, I was due to work 30 hours, 24 the next, and 24 the next. will I get sick pay for the time I'm meant to be working, or just my contract? find it unfair for it just to be my contract, as in all my time working there, I've never done less than 24 hours?

i think it is only your contracted hours 😐

You will only get paid for contracted hours and they will legally be in their right to do so because anything else will be paid as overtime when worked @lolliigee

I'm on the sick and I didn't earn enough for statutory sick pay or employment allowance. I have no income at the moment. Don't get ssp because I earned less then £112 leading up to my sick pay 😠 (boss messed my hours up) so I'm stuck xx
