Your iron or sugar was probably low then. If you're not eating regularly try to snack on between and make sure you're keeping up with your prenatal vitamins. This is the last week of my first trimester and I haven't necessarily been eating regularly but my doctor said to snack when I can in between meals and that keeping up with my vitamins should cover my eating habits until the baby gets a little bigger.

I haven't been eating regularly and I have been told (years ago) that I am slightly anemic. This is the first time it has happened. @him w24815

not necessarily. it could just be your body reacting to the pregnancy

Also is this the first time or is it something that's been happening for a while?

No not necessarily I've had it happen once before but I am also anemic.

If you're cold and your hands are shaking its your iron if not then it's your sugar
