Is it safe to have a caramel Frappe sometimes while pregnant?

Get it decaf taste the same u will be ok! I drink coffee and soda not a lot but I do have two healthy baby's

you can have a safe amount of caffeine a day.

@growingphoenix, I drank at least a cup or 2 of coffee while pregnant because I worked a lot during. You can have decaf or regular but the size you can have is a tall or grande. My baby boy is so quiet thinking he would be hyper with all the caffeine lol.

200 mg of caffeine a day is what's allowed

I stayed away from coffee once I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks but towards the last few weeks of my pregnancy I asked my doctor about drinking coffee she said it was fine in moderation so I would get a small iced coffee from 7-11 my baby is perfectly fine
