just what it sounds like. It sits in your cervix. as you get closer to your due date and your cervix opens it starts to come out.

It's what is plugging your cervix and protecting the baby 😊 Basically it's bloody cervical mucus

Oh no! @mommy_to_be_3241 it will be over soon, you will suddenly feel awesome hopefully in the second trimester. I loved the second trimester! Try some toast or saltines- that's what helped me if I forced them down, will settle your stomach
