Eating little meals constantly helped me a ton. Keeping my blood sugar level basically
I hate it I don't feel like moving and then I feel hella hungry but when the food is in front of me I don't wanna eat. I hope it lets up soon @vanessa7057
It let up around week 9 for me... Still off and on but not as constant as it was around week 6 :(
Hang in there mama, it gets better :)) and honestly it might feel like forever but when you look back you will see how fast the time has flown by
