hey girls, my daughter is 3 weeks old and breastfed, she has been spitting up quite a bit, is this normal or is something going on and what should I do?

try burping in her between feedings. a lot of reasoning for the spit ups is because they need to burp and it comes up with puke. if it's projectile vomitting then you should take her to the docs.

it's not projectile and I do burp, it's thick like mucus, and I never had this problem with my son so it's new to me

maybe she has some phlegm? (no idea if I spelled it right lol) you should probably take her to get a check up and see what is causing her to do that, it may be acid reflux. @haleysloves5.8.12and3.11.16
