has anyone ever experienced spotting in their 3rd trimester? if so, what were the reasons??

Maybe your plug is starting to come out.

@harranmommy, I keep spotting on & off. I went in friday morning at like 4 she checked me & said my cervix was closed

I started with spotting, at 32 weeks.. i ended up gushing out blood at 35 weeks, turned out i had preeclampsia really bad, had my son at 36 weeks. he stopped growing at 32 weeks because my placenta was malfunctioning. he was fine though :)

just make sure you get checked!

@s_n_tmommy, maybe the spotting is fro the dr checking your cervix. I remember spotting my last pregnancy after an exam.

@pokemom641, I'm glad he was ok my next Dr appt is Thursday but I go in Tuesday for my ultrasound

@harranmommy, she told me that was possible I didn't expect for it to keep going though
