Does anyone else get a pulling pain in the abdominal muscles when turning in bed or getting up without using your arms for support? I get a sharp pain as I move and then it goes immediately after ?

I think its because we are being stretched anyway so when we put extra pressure on the muscles it strains them a bit x

I've just read about something called round ligament pain. Usually occurs in second trimester as the baby and uterus put pressure on the ligaments during fast movement. Sounds about right. It's quite normal apparently.

@zaralee71, yeh I think your right chick. I don't remember it in my first pregnancy.
