Today is my due date but this little girl is too comfortable to leave my belly 😝. Doctor said I may have to get induced next week if she still doesn't want to be born. I've read that most induced situations ended up with a c-section, is that right? What are some things I can do to make myself more dilated or go into labor? TIA!
I got induced at 39 weeks, and I did end up having a csection. But idk it was directly connected to being induced. I had a large cyst in my ovary that was too big and in my sons way for him to come out naturally.
lots of walking, lots of sex sperms is said to help soften the cervix. but honestly if you don't want to be induced you don't have to be they will just monitor more closely. I was scheduled for an induction and I think knowing what day I was going in made me relax and I think relaxing and not worrying about when he was going to come made me go into labor. my son was only 4 days late
I had no choice. They were worried I would get preeclampsia so I was induced at 37 weeks. They decided at 35 weeks to go ahead and have him come early. Which I'm thankful for or he would have been a 10 lbs baby lol
Did you pick the day you wanted to get induced or was it the doctors choice? Mine asked if I wanted to wait a few days or make the appointment already, I chose to wait. @mrs.japrabbit
I was induced and still had a vaginal birth. Every body is different. Your doctors will know the proper steps. Let them know what you want in advance and they will try and get that for you. A Csection isn't the worst thing it just sucks.
Thanks girls for all the information and your experiences ☺ @dreamie702 @kayla93 @mrs.japrabbit @ortegacass661 @theemmariefactor
