How painful are braxton hicks?

they're very uncomfortable for the most part but to me they're just like abdominal cramps that won't go away.

I personally think it all depends on your pain tolerance. My Braxton hicks don't hurt at all just an annoying feeling. @k.frye

mine have been a little worse than period cramps

My period cramps were horrible. My sides get so tense and I can barely move.

Yikes. It definitely makes it feel more real! First baby and I'm so scared lol
