Try a sitzbath with Epsom salt. Ask your doctor too, I'm sure you can do over the counter hemorrhoid cream. I know they suck..... 😖

@bri28, thank you. They really do...ive never had them this bad or painfull before. I tryed to look at it with a hand mirror and it's as big as a grape.

Preparation H seriously does help! And some tucks pads will soothe as well. You can even lay a couple out on a panty liner for them to stay in place longer! I also got a fiber supplement and if you aren't already, try drinking lots of water to help stay regular. Those damned things are awful! Even a little Tylenol will help ease the pain! My bum hurt more than my lady stuff after I gave birth to my first! I'm so scared for this next one. 😅

When my son was born I had a massive one lol and it hasn't gone away. Permanently anyways. You have to have it surgically removed. But I use hemorroid wipes and cream. It works the best for me.

@bri28, @devanloves @coltroyalsmama1224, Thanks ladies. luckily for me they don't itch just hurt really bad. Can you get one removed while pregnant or do you have to wait till after you deliver? I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow and don't want this to flair up after I have my son. I've had it before but never this big or bad.

I wouldn't even go and ask, just because they can always come back and probably will if you have (especially) vaginal birth. That's what I know. I'd wait until after, but really, sit in the tub and get some cream

I believe you have to wait until baby is born. Because some require anesthesia.

Yea do that. Plus, regular epsom salt baths are a good relief for a sore preggo body ☺️
