when having braxton hicks, does your stomach just get tight and hard? That has happened a bunch and a lot today but I never thought of that being what it is. i just thought it was how baby was positioned.

So weird! I have had them randomly for a while now but have had them lots today! I didnt realize that is what it was. And I have been pregnant before! lol

I was having them quite a few times throughout the day and every day lol my doctor said it was normal. I would gently rub the spot where it got hard and it would go down 😊 If it gets to the point where you can't breatg through them and its super painful, I'd call your doctor.

okay, that is what i do too. they dont last long or hurt. They have just been prettu frequent today. I have an appt next thursday and can ask more... I am 23 weeks today. I delivered my twins early(even early for twins) and I just get kinda worried about stuff this time around. lol. @milasmomma
