Babies can flip a lot so it's possible.

When they're that small they have a bunch of room to move about... So you're probably feeling those little feet up there!

I just had an ultrasound today I'm 20 weeks and they confirmed my baby is completely upside down (which they verified is completely fine) 😁 his head is on my bladder and his knees are slightly above my belly button! So it's more than possible! That's also where I feel my kicks, the top of my belly above my naval.

Exactly!!!! Makes since because you're further along than me. Sure if my boy was bent right above my belly button I'd be feeling him in my ribs too lol
