You don't have to stop driving when pregnant, but I've heard moms sometimes stop if their bellies get so big that they hit the steering wheel. They mainly do it as a precaution just in case they get into an accident, they don't hurt the baby with the airbag/steering wheel
I don't drive anymore because my belly touches the wheel and if I move back I can't touch the pedals.. my seat has to be all the way forward for me to touch the pedals

Drove all the way up to 9 months and was carrying tvs still at 8 months lol

My belly touched the wheel all the time, but it was ok to get the occasional scratch on itchy skin 😂
