Ok ladies I need your advice. Don't sugar coat it either. I'm a big girl I need you to be real with me. So for the past 4 weeks the doctors have admitted to the hospital and kept me either 1 day or the whole weekend maybe 3 times ok. So this time they wanted to keep me again and I said no. They tried making me feel bad and I can tell they were judging a bit but this is my issue. It started because my baby had an arrithmyia. They think it's gone now. They said they are elated with how well she's doing. Then I go get the NST and they say her numbers are fantastic. They said it dipped once so they want me to go to labor & delivery for a couple of hours. All this is today. I get there they're like everything looks great! At the end they decide to keep me for one day to monitor. This is my thing, you can't monitor me 7 days a week. You're going to let me go then I'm home Saturday and Sunday. The same is probably happening. I see them 3 times a week as is. Was I wrong to leave the hospital?

I was in and out of the hospital to be monitored after a couple abdominal traumas. I was getting more stressed out by being there, so my fiance bought me a doppler and we'd just monitor at home.

I agree that they can't monitor you 24/7. I dont think it was wrong of you to leave at all, I feel as a mom you will be able to tell if something is wrong with your baby.

Thank you @emily18234. We get these hospital bills and we pay them but this is money we have for baby. When I stayed over the weekend and they release me it's like nothing was ever really wrong. Oh it only dropped once the entire weekend. WTH!

Personally I would have stayed but that's just me I would want to be monitored just in case something was to happen

@gcpaschal, @rainbowbaby2015 it truly stresses me and baby out. She moves so much with those things on my stomach. I can't remember what it's called. I told them it's so nerve wrecking when you all say nothing but positive things throughout my appointments and then it's like yeah but we're going to keep u. Doesn't make sense to me.

@ashsloan, I stayed every time but this last time. It has to make sense though. You stay right. Then you go home Saturday and Sunday you're not monitored. Do you think something can happen then? Crazy part is, my fetal echo doctor just said hours before we don't need to have u to keep coming this much. I respect that you would stay though.

@gcpaschal, something can happen anytime even if you are monitored. I would just totally be a worry wart about things. But if it was what's best for you than you did he right thing.

I worry everyday..this whole pregnancy. I worry while she's on the monitor and when she's not. I know when she wakes up. I do my kick counts quite often through the day. I wake my cupcake up if too much time goes by and I don't feel her. Which is not often because she's really active. Everything will be just fine. We have until April 11th that's our scheduled c-section date ❤️

I really think that if you felt there was an issue you would've stayed. I hate being stuck in a hospital with crap strapped on to me so if I thought it was for no good reason I would've left too.
