I just broke down and ordered one! I had one with my other pregnancies and it was just traumatizing to me that I looked for a heart beat to learn later it wasn't there so that's why im against them especially early in pregnancy but it freaks me out I haven't really felt anything yet even though every one tells me sometimes it can take longer so I paid an extra 12 dollars to get it here on monday! i figure im far enough along that there is no doubt i should hear something and if I can't find it I'm gonna go see my doctor!

I didn't feel my baby move until about 19 weeks, my doctor said it was because my placenta was placed in the front of my uterus. I feel my baby move a lot sometime and when I don't feel her for a few hours I poke around to make sure I get a response lbs. I'm so sorry for your loss, this is my first pregnancy and it feels surreal that I have that fear, I've been wanting to get one but can't squeeze it in my budget:( hope to hear how it works for you and good luck in this pregnancy 💗💗

@expectingbubb, that's what my cousin thinks is that it could be in the front but I've already had 5 ultrasounds and he's never said anything so idk! you can find cheaper ones too for like 25 bucks online! and thank you!

Doesn't hurt to ask! My first OB didn't give me any information so I switched to a Midwife and I feel so informed now!
