When should I expect to start seeing breast milk leakage ? Some of my Preggo friends close to my due date have been leaking for weeks already. I have zero ! My boobs aren't sore or anything but slightly bigger

Some people don't leak. I never did and I'm still breastfeeding and my daughter is 7 mo

How can you tell if you're producing enough milk for baby by birth? Or do I just have to wait until the baby is born and see if breastfeeding works for me?

At first all you'll have is colostrum which will suffice for baby until your milk comes in about 3 days after birth. You'll know when your milk comes in because usually your boobs will start getting engorged.
