My question is should I worry that I woke up super sore then started feeling a weird pain in my belly then a lot of pressure making me feel like I have to really poop but I can't for some reason.

I've heard if it feels like you have to poop you're in labor. I hope that's not the case.

Well I would call. That's def a sign with having to poop and nothing happens. It could be pressure from the baby moving down too.
