Everytime I see my stretch marks I want to just eat and cry and hide...My stomach looks so ugly with…

I do cocoa butter lotion and bio oil. If you have it in your genes there isn't much you can do :( but bio oil does help reduce the redness. I was so depressed for weeks after finding them on my ass..but now I'm just like fuck it.

Stretch marks are mostly genetic. I know I'm going to have more when my stomach shrinks after baby 😩. All we can do is moisturize so they don't get any worse than need be.

I feel ya! It truly is very depressing, but at least we get a baby out of it! lol.

Never forget no matter how many stretch marks we encounter during our pregnancies we are doing a magical, beautiful thing that some women can't. My best friend has cystic fibrosis and she can't have babies and she tells me she would take a million stretch marks if she could experience pregnancy and being a mother. We are still beautiful no matter what.

I'm going to give mederma a shot too.

When she told me that I felt so shallow and to be honest I was so disappointed I'm myself. But we are so used to our bodies being a certain way, this sudden change is definitely hard to deal with. The reactions we have towards the stretch marks are completely justified and normal.

@greenlandnichole, oh I can't tell you how many times I've cried about the marks to my husband and I feel shallow when I cry about them but at the same time I can't help it its new to me and also like you said I'm used to my body being a certain way and all of a sudden I have these huge red and purple marks all over my stomach. It is hard to deal with but I know I am blessed. Some days I don't care about them other days when I see more and more they make me cry lol pregnancy hormones are a crazy thing lol. I've noticed whenever I approach or reach a new week In pregnancy since my third trimester I cry about something as my hormone levels rise more each week lol

@greenlandnichole, but I also have a pregnancy complication called hyperemsis gravidarium and it's made it hard to gain any weight or eat anything all pregnancy let alone enjoy it I've thrown up more times than I can count and been in the hospital for Iv fluids for dehydration due to not being able to keep anything down food or fluid and I have severe anemia from throwing up so much all pregnancy so it's been rough. All around for me. So I'm like shit can I get a break lol
