I googled when to find your baby a pediatrician and a lot of women said that it's good to meet with pediatrician before the baby's born, but how do I set up that appointment? Like what do I even say? I found a family doctor that takes our insurance and I want me, my fiancé, and my son to all have the same doctor just bc it's convenient but I want to make sure I get in there while she's still accepting new patients. I just don't know what to say when I call.

Just call the front desk and ask if you can make an appointment to consult with a pediatrician. Consultations should be free, they may ask which doctor you prefer and might redirect you to their line.

@raegenice, I've gotten so much better at that bc I'm the same way! I really had no choice bc I didn't have anyone to help me with stuff like that. But with this for some reason I was a little anxious. Lol

@killxj0y, lol my mom used to call everyone for me but I had to learn once I moved. I get so nervous, but I've calmed a lot. It helps me knowing I'm doing something extremely necessary
