gain 10 pounds in 2weeks not good .😫

I was in the same boat. 😕😕😕 !! just last month gained 6lbs in 2 weeks. then when back last week andngained another 2 I know when I go back Tuesday it will be another 5lbs -.- but all. ido is drink milk and eat diary products and drink a lot of water

do you have sudden swelling in your ankles face or hands? i read that if you have those symptoms and gain a lot of weight really fast that you should check with your doc!
