Tried some new wipes that gave her a bad diaper rash after 1 day..I stopped using them and went back to pampers sensitive.. Any suggestions on how to relieve her/ get rid of the diaper rash?

Pampers sensitive are what I use but when she gets rashes I only clean her with water and use corn starch, gone in a day or 2.
