My husband called his mom to see what her contractions felt like. She, of course, said menstrual cramps. I literally NEVER got cramps with my period, I rarely even got bloated, so when I said this, and tried to describe my pain she got all touchy. I said it felt like hot needles\pokers with uncomfortable tightness, lots of pressure. She took this as "tingling needles" and basically said I was being a baby. Woman, I never said "tingling". If I just had a little tingling in my stomach you think I'd be short of breathe and miserable? How is "cramping" more painful than "it feels like someone is poking me all over with a red-hot fireplace poker"?! Gah she made me so mad! And THEN she started getting all dramatic about us possibly going out to dinner on Saturday out of town. My husband explained we would only be an hour away from the hospital so he was going to drive instead of carpool with the family in case I went into labor. "Well you only have one vehicle and if something happened I can't help you" basically saying she thought driving an HOUR away is beyond his skill set. WOMAN, he worked FOUR GODDAMN hours away for over a YEAR with no issues! I'm just so mad and kind of hoping our son arrives today so I don't have to sit for an entire meal with his damn family tomorrow.

I don't know mine ain't feel like no dam cramps I don't wanna scare you and every ones level of pain is different but that shit hurts like hell I mean it feels like some one is literally punching your vagina with brass knuckles its just pressure that won't stop like a throbbing 😩😩 it ain't cute or cool lol

yeah when them labor pains hit they will drop you to yo knees hunny sounds like you close tho good luck and hope crazy mom in law chill lol

@supermommy31082, I don't think I'm in active labor, and I get the feeling its going to hurt MUCH worse. But I definitely think I could be in early early labor, because these contractions are NOT fun. So she irritated me when she assumed I was just "tingly"

why do people do that especially if your a first time mom you really don't dam know Uggghh since she had kids she's supposed to help you my mom told me straight up hurt like hell she wanted to die every time I was like 😮😮😮😮 lmao but the reward was my precious babies 😊😊😊

maybe this will help my menstrual cramps feel like bad diarrhea cramps you know the kind when you eat something bad and they got you sweating and shaking not sure if you are going to make it to the bathroom and when you do it hurts so bad that you say if this is what it feels like to have a baby then I don't want one lol yeah it feels like that to me so if you know what that feels like a maybe it will help?!? @gingyrex sorry if that was tmi but I am trying to help
