not that I need to justify myself to anyone but I realize I'm an all natural momma, yes.. so if you inbox me asking why I got an epidural at 8cm bc you wanna feel some type of way please check yourself.
1- I got the epidural bc my son wasn't cooperating and we were nearing a c section
2 - the more pain I could feel the more my babies heart rate began to drop.. so what does any conscious mother do? take the pain away to keep her child safe.. despite my dislike for it
3 - my pain was a 6/10 at 8cm, believe me, I could've gone natural again, no issues
4 - my cervix reverted back to 5cm from 8cm, my son needed out, I agreed to pitocin.. I know pitocin makes your body work 10x harder, I was on the highest dose with no cooperating baby.. revert to #2
so in conclusion; I went with my maternal instinct and common sense... I'm pretty sure it was a helping factor in saving my kids life since he had no blood or oxygen from his umbilical cord due to a true tight knot (not a true knot) a 1 in 2000 occurrence.. that 1 usually being a baby who goes to heaven.

Natural or not u do what's best for ur baby I had to have an emergency c section at 34 weeks because her water bag ruptered (was kinda upset ) then I wasn't able to breast feed because I just didn't have enough No matter how much I pumped I was so upset but then I saw ... My baby's here and safe ( was in nicu for a week ) but she needed that is being fed and full tummy she's happy and healthy and that's all that matter u go mommy 💪🏽

Same. I was not contracting at all so they put me on pitocin, I was like 1 away from the highest dosage and I was stuck at 4cm for 6 straight hours. 12 hours after my water broke. I had a fantastic c-section and baby is doing so good. Whatever it takes!

Ugh why do people care so much anyways. You did so great, and baby is HERE and healthy. That's the most important thing!
